In this course, students receive instruction in academic reading and writing, including writing processes, effective use of language, analytical thinking, and the foundations of academic research.
This section of C1000 is linked to 1AS, a support course that offers additional class time and an assigned tutor. Both sections MUST be added together. This class requires the use of Canvas with no required in-person meetings. Students will complete coursework in Canvas, which must be accessed using an internet enabled device.
