Off-Campus Employers

The Career Development Center offers employers the following opportunities to recruit CCSF students interested in jobs/internships with the Career Center and on Handshake.

Jobs/Internship Posts

  • CCSF uses Handshake as our career management platform. To learn more about Handshake, please scroll down to the section below.
  • To post employment and internship opportunities to our online job board, employers must be registered on Handshake. Your employer registration will be reviewed by a career services representative and must be approved before posting.
  • All employers must follow our Job/Internship Posting Policies for approval.
  • To post job on-campus in our Career Center, job announcements can be emailed to CareerCenter@ccsf.edu as a PDF or word doc. to be printed and posted on our bulletin board.

Career Fairs:

  • The Career Center hosts two Career Fairs each (Fall and Spring) semester. One fair will be held in-person at our main (Ocean) campus and the other fair will be held virtually via Zoom. 
  • Employers need to complete the Career Fair Interest Form to be considered. Completing the form DOES NOT guarantee participation in the career fair. Please review our Career Fair Employer Selection Criteria to understand the selection process. 

Employer Spotlights:

  • Employer Spotlights are another opportunity for employers to visit our campus to recruit students. These opportunities are offered on a limited basis during the fall and spring semesters.
  • To inquire, please complete the On-Campus Tabling Interest Form. Please review the On-Campus Tabling Selection Criteria to understand the selection process. All inquiries are handled based on the needs and demands of our students.

Handshake

Handshake is an interactive, online career services platform that connects job seekers to internship and employment opportunities using simple, all device friendly tools that are both powerful and easy to use. This new platform will give our students access to roughly 3.5 million job and internship postings from a global network of over 650k employers, all of whom are specifically interested in recruiting college students and recent graduates.
