Dance Conditioning

Focus on conditioning techniques that relate to the dance idiom. Emphasis on basic Pilates principals that build abdominal and back strength. Exercises include body alignment, flexibility techniques, floor barre, weight training and stability exercises.

Cardiovascular Skills

Develop technical imaging skills to perform echocardiograms and manipulate ultrasound system instrumentation. Identify cardiac structures and locations of standardized measurements. Complete an electrocardiogram (ECG) and assess rhythm strips and 12 lead electrocardiograms.
