The screenshot above shows the entry fields for Originator & Dates.
The data in the Originator field is automatically filled in when you created this proposal (based on your login information). It cannot be changed except by the CurricUNET administrator. Note: only the originator has full edit access to the proposal prior to launch. However, anyone can log into CurricUNET and view the draft proposal and course outline AND the originator can share the URL of the course outline for group review.
The Department Chair and Dean fields should be completed by the originator to indicate the Chair and Dean in position at the time the proposal expects to be approved.
The Curriculum Committee Approval Date field is also uneditable by the originator and is set during the Curriculum Commitee Review process.
