A scientific approach to the study of behavior and mental processes designed for both majors and non-majors. Topics include research methods, biology of behavior, sensation and perception, learning, memory, lifespan development, motivation, emotion, personality theories, social psychology, abnormal psychology, and psychotherapy.
This is an online, asynchronous, class. This section requires the use of Canvas to access course materials, submit assignments, and receive instructor feedback. Students will need access to an internet resource to enabled applications to complete assignments and to participate in Zoom sessions. This class is part of CityOnline and is 6 weeks.
