First laboratory course in a calculus-based four-semester sequence. Core topics include experiments in kinematics, dynamics, energy, momentum, rotation, and oscillations.
This class is part of CityOnline and is 17.5 weeks. PHYC 4AL-Sec 862 requires in-person meetings and the use of Canvas. There will be two required in-person meetings at the Ocean campus for exams. The first exam will be Thursday 3/14, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. The second exam will be Thursday 5/9 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Students will also complete coursework in Canvas, which must be accessed using an internet enabled device.
