Catalog Description

A course in general human physiology which stresses the analysis of normal function of the human body, including the physiology of cells, muscles, the nervous system, sensation, digestion, circulation, respiration, metabolism, excretion, endocrines, and reproduction. This course is intended for students entering allied health professions.

Section Notes

BIO 112 Section 863 is a 17.5-week course that begins on August 16. This course has an ONLINE lecture and IN-PERSON laboratory. Students will complete coursework in Canvas which requires an internet enabled device. The laboratory meets on Tuesdays in SCIE 346 from 6:10 - 9:00 pm. The course textbook is online and the Lab manual is a free pdf acquired through Canvas.
