CCSF Computed Tomography Course
The CCSF Computed Tomography Course (DMI 65) provides radiography (R) technologists, certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), an opportunity to further their radiologic science careers toward a specialty in Computed Tomography. This course provides the Structured Educational Requirements in Computed Tomography as required by the ARRT.
The CCSF Computed Tomography Course does not provide the Clinical Experience Requirements needed to earn the ARRT Computed Tomography credential as clinical experience opportunities are not offered.
This in-person course meets once weekly in the morning for one academic semester (~16 weeks). Upon successfully completing the CCSF Computed Tomography Course, technologists will have received the Structured Educational Requirements needed for the post-primary ARRT Computed Tomography Examination administered by the ARRT. The CCSF Computed Tomography Course does not offer clinical experience opportunities.

For Fall 2025, the Computed Tomography Course meets every Wednesday from 8-10 am between August 20 and December 17, 2025.
