The Community & Public Health Department schedules two conference rooms on the 3rd floor of MUB: The Large and Small Conference Rooms.

The Community and Public Health Department manages the space for the department's conference rooms only.  For classroom reservations, please submit a Reservation Form through the Scheduling Office. Available only for CCSF employees. If you are a student club, please have your faculty advisor complete the request form.

Conference Rooms

The Large Conference Room (MUB 349) holds approximately 20 people and fits 12 around the conference table.

The Small Conference Room (MUB 355) fits 8 people.

Please note, that the Large Conference Room is located inside the Community & Health Department, which is open from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday – Thursday. If you need access to this room outside of these hours, please make arrangements with Shirlene Kwan at skwan@ccsf.edu

Room priority is for department and district-related purposes. Reservations are subject to change depending on department and district needs.

Due to high demand, reoccurring reservations can be booked for up to 4 weeks at a time. You must resubmit a request at the end of your initial booking. Reservations for the current semester will be restricted to the department needs in the first two weeks of each semester before requests are open to college wide events and meetings.
