I received my MFA from the California Institute of the Arts - School of Film/Video.
And, BA’s in both Communications with a Production Emphasis and Literature/Writing from UC San Diego.
I am a working filmmaker. I love filmmaking and am fortunate enough to teach my passion…and I love teaching production classes. I truly look forward to the amazing work created in class. My goal is to facilitate that creation for there are so many voices not yet heard.
I am fascinated with antiquated technology, and alternatives processes. Yet, I am anchored in narrative filmmaking and the ever changing world of digital technologies. I have instructed both film production and film studies classes and look forward to continuing to do so.
