Instructor Bio

 I am a second-generation native San Franciscan although I was raised in Richmond, California. I attended El Cerrito High School in Richmond, Ca. (Go Gauchos!). After graduating from high school, I attended San Francisco State University (SFSU), where I earned my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees. I graduated with a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership Program at SFSU. My research interests include student engagement, classroom behavior, and classroom pedagogy and instruction.
