A scientific approach to the study of behavior and mental processes designed for both majors and non-majors. Topics include research methods, biology of behavior, sensation and perception, learning, memory, lifespan development, motivation, emotion, personality theories, social psychology, abnormal psychology, and psychotherapy.
PSYC 1-Sec 981 has two scheduled in-person meeting on Zoom on Monday, June 9, 2025, from 6-7PM and Monday, June 30, 2025, from 6-7PM. Enrolled students will be sent a Zoom link and are required to attend in order to stay enrolled in the class. Students seeking to add the class may also attend. This class requires use of Canvas.
