Catalog Description
Experience in the Fashion industry through merchandising, styling, buying, or marketing positions. Students will intern with local employers to gain meaningful work experience. Provides practical experience in the retail/wholesale environments. Emphasis will be placed on the role of fashion in the workplace. One unit of credit is earned for 54 hours of paid or unpaid work.
Section Notes
FASH 61 students must attend four class meetings in person at the Chinatown/ North Beach Campus in Room 704 on 1/21, 2/4, 3/18, and 5/13 from 5:10 to 8:00 p.m. Students must also intern for 120 hours for this course.
