A hands-on, how-to course in managing available light and light on location. Emphasis is on outdoor and ambient light, location light; designed to relate lighting to photo-aesthetics and visual communication.
This Hybrid late start class is part of CityOnline and is 16 weeks. The class meets in person on Fridays in VART 165 as well as on-site in various photography field trip locations tba. This class also requires the use of Canvas to complete discussions and coursework, which must be accessed using a computer capable of running Adobe Lightroom Classic. Students may use the iMac computer lab in the CCSF PHOTO department ./a> Some DSLR cameras, lenses, and computer lab access with software are available for student use.
