Critical approaches to social, legal, and political problems are studied through oral argument and debate. Analysis, evidence, reasoning, ethics, rhetorical power and persuasion from a communication studies perspective.

This accelerated 12-week class requires in-person meetings and the use of Canvas. In-person meeting information (meeting days, times, location) is in the class schedule. Students will also complete coursework in Canvas, which must be accessed using an internet enabled device. This class is part of CityOnline and is 12 weeks.
