Topics include valuation principles; the formal appraisal process; analysis of city, neighborhood and site data, architectural style analysis of improvement and residential construction classifications; depreciation; market data valuation; the sales comparison, cost and income approaches to value; reconciliation of approaches to final value conclusion; appraisal report formats and role of the professional appraiser.
