Preparation for the computer-adaptive examination used by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) to verify cognitive competency of a basic level Emergency Medical Technician. This course assists students with test-taking skills on scenario-based exams.
EMT 99 requires online meetings and the use of Canvas. Live online meetings take place on Fridays, 11/22/24, 11/29/24, 12/6/24 and 12/13/24 from 9:10am to 12:00pm, and require the use of CityZoom, Zoom's web conferencing platform in Canvas, using an internet enabled device. Some coursework will require the use of Canvas. This class is part of CityOnline and is one day. For course details, students must check the instructor's website.
