Basic concepts of general, organic, and biological chemistry as they apply to the human body. No previous chemistry required. Satisfies the requirements of nursing and related majors that require one semester of chemistry.
This hybrid section requires in-person meetings and the use of Canvas. The listed time is for mandatory in-person lab meetings, which take place at Ocean Campus. Students must also be available for three in-person exams on 9/17 (12:30-2pm), 10/24 (12:30-2pm), and 12/13 (1:30-4:30pm). Lectures will be asynchronous through pre-recorded videos.
