Overview
The Chinatown / North Beach Center is a signature facility located in the heart of San Francisco's Chinatown, sharing the border of the Financial District and North Beach. A 15-story highrise building located on the corner of Kearny and Washington Streets, and a 4-story annex building located on Washington Street adjacent to the Columbo Building at Columbus Avenue, comprise 186,764 square feet of modern classroom, laboratory, library, bookstore, collegiate, studnet support, administrative and community space.
Construction of this new facility completed in 2012, allowing City College to offer its world-class educational programs in this vibrant community. Academic offerings include ESL, Home Health Aide, credit and noncredit Business, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Nutrition, Fashion, Astronomy, Health Sciences and Foreign Languages.
