Overview
Relocation of occupant programs to other District sites in order to vacate the Gough Street site in support of a 75 year ground lease. Occupant programs include the Office of the Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration, District Business Office units including Payroll, Purchasing, Employee Relations and Human Resources; other occupant programs include Transitional Studies, and Teachers' Resource Center.
- Phase 1 comprises vacating the downstairs floor of the building. The mail room will be relocated upstairs. Some records will be relocated upstairs, while most will be relocated temporarily to the District's Eddy Street property
- Phase 2 comprises relocation of downstairs occupants to upstairs, Chinatown North Beach Center, and Civic Center
- Phase 3 comprises relocation of upstairs occupants to Ocean Campus
